Dogs on leads are welcome in Chiddingstone Castle grounds, Tea Room and many of the outdoor events including live afternoon music performances at The Orangery, The Vintage Fair, the Father's Day BBQ event, The Food & Drink Festival and of course, The Canine Carnival. The grounds are open daily with the exception of private event hire and all of the event information can be found at

Chiddingstone Castle Tea Room

Dogs on leads are welcome in the courtyard area of the Tea Room, there are water bowls and dog treats available. The seating area is partly covered so depending on the weather there are tables offering shade from the sun or shelter from a rain shower. You do not need to purchase a castle admission ticket to enter the tea room. Opening hours are Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 5pm, last orders are taken at 4pm (closed on Monday and Tuesday).
